Marc Woolf

Managing Director, Capital Markets

Marc Woolf is the Managing Director of Capital Markets at The Geneva Group. Mr. Woolf leads the firm's capital markets function and investor relationships, including the launch of Geneva Income Opportunity Fund I. He works with allocators, family offices, and capital partners interested in the firm's industrial and retail value-add strategy across Southeast U.S. secondary markets. He also serves as the firm's AI Champion, leading firmwide adoption of AI tools, automated workflows, and applied technology across investments, construction, property management, and capital markets.

Prior to joining The Geneva Group, Mr. Woolf built an extensive background across financial services, including financial consulting work advising several of the largest financial institutions and investment firms in the world on post-merger integration, data transformation, regulatory frameworks, and operational improvement engagements.

Mr. Woolf attended the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
