John Cirignano

Analyst

John Cirignano is an Acquisitions Analyst at The Geneva Group. In this role, he supports the firm’s acquisitions platform through financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis across a range of real estate investment opportunities.

Prior to joining The Geneva Group, John gained experience in real estate acquisitions and development through roles with Denholtz and Sudler Companies. In these positions, he underwrote multifamily and industrial investments, evaluated development opportunities, and conducted market research to support investment decisions and the firm’s acquisitions pipeline.

John holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Villanova University.
