Jennafer Belabin

Property Manager/Executive Administrator

Jennafer is the Executive Administrator at The Geneva Group.  She began her career in the world of fashion design and quickly realized she also had a strong passion for real estate and property management.  She honed her skills in those areas over the past decade by specializing in the build out and day-to-day operations of several companies offering executive suite workspaces to various professionals.  In her most recent role, she served as General Manager of a company that catered executive suites to the legal industry with locations in both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale.  Jennafer has significant expertise in the areas of tenant relations, contract negotiation and corporate administration.
