Aaron M. Goldberg is a Partner & C.O.O. in the Geneva Group. Mr. Goldberg is a Licensed Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida with an extensive construction management background including high profile projects in the Broward and Palm Beach areas with projects ranging in size from $17 Million to$150 Million dollars. Projects include various public schools, office buildings ranging in size from 350,000 to 650,000 square feet. One of which is the iconic Office Depot headquarters which is over 650,000 square feet. He was one of the lead project managers for the FAU Football stadium which seats 35,000 attendees. Mr. Goldberg has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience. His real estate experience includes the purchase of multi-unit apartment complexes throughout Northeast, FL where he managed extensive renovations and forced appreciation in a short time period through his management principles and marketing systems. Mr. Goldberg graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
