(Atlanta Metropolitan Area) The property consists of five buildings on a 15.74 acre parcel. East West Shops is conveniently located near major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx and also major healthcare facilities such as the Wellstar Cobb Hospital which consistently ranks among the Top 100 Hospitals in the US. We are very excited about this joint venture and project. We will immediately begin implementing our proven procedures in order to lease any vacant units as well as lowering the expenses which will make this project one of our best yet.
